I visited my daughter for her birthday. We were upgraded to a King Suite which was truly special and greatly appreciated. The facility and staff exceeded my expectations -- friendly, attentive, completely aware of guests. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location. The bellman kept our bags after checkout while we went to lunch and he recognized us as soon as we returned, greeted us by name and collected our bags quickly -- so nice! I look forward to staying at the Sofitel Rittenhouse on my next trip 'home' to Philly.

There was a young African American man I think his. Name was Timothy, maybe in his 30s a small Afro and glasses I think. He was the first person to meet And greet my family when we pulled up and right from his introduction I could tell I would like this place and picked the right hotel. He was very friendly and great with my small son, he was patient and very accommodating and knowledgeable and being as tho I was in town to bury my mother he brightened our trip. He deserves a raise. Keep him on your staff.

Awesome stay as usual! Classy , beautiful and comfortable.Ivan is the best as a concierge!!Everyone is very accommodating. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

loved the room and the staff at the desk was amazing every time i interacted with them. The food was awesome and I really felt at home here. The Valet parking was a Godsend and everyone I interacted with was great!, The room was amazing, had comfy furniture and a nice work table and the closet was huge! and I really loved that shower. I wanted to take it home with me!

The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for waking to local restaurants, shopping and nearby activities.

Professional & kind staff. Ron at checking was extremely accommodating, professional, & kind. He really went out of his way to help make our anniversary a little extra special. Ivan the concierge had excellent recommendations for restaurants & gelato. He even sent us a bottle of champagne & chocolate covered cherries to our room. We always stay at Sofitel when celebrate our anniversary in Philadelphia.
