The property was in a good location. There was plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Everything was walkable. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. Also the room was very clean and it was a good size.

We have stayed at the Sofitel many times over the past, well since you opened in Philadelphia. The Bathrooms are showing age, and I preferred the first décor rather than the let's look like modern Paris look, pillows, art, lights, drapery color, and the color choices between bedroom and living room do not flow well. The art in the hallways is the same and we like it. The bed was very comfortable. As Americans who love Paris, we still hate duvets. Too hot, The Staff was friendly, social and I wish all hotels had this staff. My husband loved the breakfast. Our stay was to visit many relatives, not live in the suite all day. Yes ,we would stay there again. I, the she is very focused on the visual yet a comfortable bed, a quiet room and a perfect sized bathtub +shower are most important. Merci, et au revoir.

Every Sofitel I’ve been a guest had a welcoming & courteous staff. Hope to return prior to Christmas ‘22 and will be there during January 23. Will be at Sofitel Marseille during May ‘03 when one of my children who resides in Algiers will join me 1/2 way between my travels during my private tour of Italia operated by a childhood friend. Most likely will be a guest at the small family owned properties part of the tour. Whether or not nearby, I’m gonna revisit the Cinque Terre and then lock back on to the tour . . . Once tour is concluded, gonna be a Sofitel Guest in Paris . . . Maybe . . . Just maybe til the day I’m no more 😍

Great location near Rittenhouse Square. Convenient to museums and 30th St. Station via ride service (or long walk). Rooms are well appointed and quiet except for hall doors closing hard. Comfortable beds.

I’m big on windows, I love natural lighting, it makes you feel better :) my room has great lighting where I was!

Room was comfortable. Loved having a separate living room. Closets were very large; liked having a safe; liked having a separate dressing area. Great having 2 TV's. Bathroom was spacious, walk-in shower was lovely.

Front desk service was exceptional. Huge, elegant suite with every creature comfort. Had the Urban Experience so got lots of nice extras such as evening French delights and $20 daily credit on food and sundries. Great location near Rittenhouse Square with many restaurants and shops.

Easy walking distance to museums, restaurant and shopping. Elevators were quick. Breakfast at restaurant was good and the coffee excellent.
